Led by Gabi Knight from With Every Fibre, experience an energising session designed to realign your body and mind. With a range of health benefits, the ancient practice of yoga has long been an essential part of many people’s exercise routines. If you’re seeking a space to connect with breath, body and mind, join Gabi for a 50-minute class surrounded by the company of likeminded individuals. Yoga mats are not provided, please bring your own.
Every Saturday, 8:30am (please arrive 10-15 minutes before to sign in)
Yoga classes will be held either on the Luxe Spa terrace or in the wellness centre weather dependent
$20 per class or free for in-house hotel guests or Power Fitness gym members
Water Aerobics
Kickstart your morning with a refreshing water aerobics class at Pullman Auckland. A fun and dynamic workout, suitable for all levels and abilities. Our Water Aerobics class is ideal for those looking to increase strength and increase flexibility in a highly effective yet super fun class guaranteed to leave you smiling for the rest of the day.
