Buffet Menu highlights include fresh oysters with classic and strawberries mignonette, New Zealand salmon platters, Porcini butter roast Beef Sirloin with pickled peppercorn sauce and of course, a whole champagne ham with caramelised pineapple, grilled orange, wholegrain mustard and gravy.
