YOGA

Energize and realign your body and mind with our serene Yoga sessions. With a range of health benefits, the ancient practice of yoga has long been an essential part of many people’s exercise routines. If you’re seeking a space to connect with breath, body and mind, practice with Fiona Qiao, founder of GrowthLab 360, on Saturday mornings on the Luxe Spa terrace.

Saturdays @ 08:30 | 50 minutes

Classes are held on the Luxe Spa Terrace (indoor alternative will be available in the event of rain)
Members: complimentary
Non-Members: $25 per class

WATER AEROBICS 

Dive into something refreshing with an invigorating Water Aerobics class at Luxe Spa. This fun and dynamic workout is ideal for those looking to increase strength, increase flexibility and have fun while doing it. Highly effective, the natural resistance of the water ensures you’ll have a great workout. Just add water and try a class for yourself, you won’t regret it.

Jasper Curtis delivers results-driven sessions combining boxing conditioning, functional strength, and mobility work — designed to maximise output in minimum time, with full privacy and discretion.
