Summer is just around the corner, which means it’s time to start the countdown and work out for that summer body.

Maybe you’re looking to tone up or get active and start a new fitness routine. Whatever your goals are, our group classes will certainly help you achieve your targets.

Early Morning Running Club
Join the Pullman Auckland, gym members as well as other hotel guests for a 5km or 7km jog around Auckland. Both routes are suitable for all level runners.

Participants must register at hotel reception before 08:00pm on Tuesday

Boot Camp Training
Full body work out – suitable for all levels

Benefits:

  • Requires little or no special equipment
  • Improves overall coordination and balance
  • Strengthens and tones muscles
  • Reduces excess body weight

Every Thursday @ 05:30pm | 30 – 40 minutes
Register at spa reception before 8:00pm on Wednesday
