The menu is created by renowned Executive Chef Cobus Klopper who has a vast experience in the city’s finest restaurants and Chef Yannick Cayrol who is inspired by his voyages around the world, together creating a perfect fusion of innovative techniques with vibrant flavours and spices.
Situated on the Lobby Level of Pullman Auckland Hotel, Tapestry Dining is open 6am – 10:30pm, 7 days a week.

An award winning and highly experienced Chef, Cobus started his journey in South Africa, travelling from United Kingdom and Australia to New Zealand, bringing over 23 years of culinary experience. Cobus has worked in prominent 5-star luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants .
Chef Cobus is very excited and eager to work with a team of enthusiastic individuals and together as a team, steer Pullman Auckland’s culinary offerings to new heights.
