A warm welcome and a unique culinary experience awaits you at Tapestry Dining. Like a tapestry artwork from days of old that travelled from country to country, Tapestry Dining is influenced by the modernity of the world and the countries that encompass it. Inspired by classic French Bistros, the new menu features a unique selection of flavours using fresh and local produce.

At Tapestry Dining we “seek, gather and thread” regional and seasonal produce to create dishes that celebrate nature’s “work-of-art”. Chef Yannick Cayrol has created a produce driven and modern inspired menu, focusing on the very best local and New Zealand product. His voyages have inspired our new dishes which thread together modern French cuisine, all showcased through NZ’s finest products.

Experience a unique culinary experience at Tapestry Dining all day. Breakfast is served from 6am to 10.30am followed by our à la carte lunch and dinner from midday to 10.30pm.

Pullman Auckland welcomes New Executive Chef, Cobus Klopper

An award winning and highly experienced Chef, Cobus started his journey in South Africa, travelling from United Kingdom and Australia to New Zealand, bringing over 23 years of culinary experience. Cobus has worked in prominent 5-star luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants .

Chef Cobus is very excited and eager to work with a team of enthusiastic individuals and together as a team, steer Pullman Auckland’s culinary offerings to new heights.
