Step inside Tapestry Restaurant and be welcomed with a glass of Mumm Prestige Brut, while children can enjoy a glass of soft drink or juice. High Tea menu highlights include a mouthwatering salmon tartare with a puff pastry cup, spring onion mayonnaise and fried capers and black bao buns with master stock slow cooked pork, hoisin sauce pickle daikon, roasted peanuts and spring onion.

For a sweet ending, enjoy a variety of treats including a Ferrero pebble on hazelnut slab or a mango mousse with yuzu jelly and a coconut sponge.
